Better Health for Mental Health Challenge

Hello Fam!  

A long time elementary school friend, Lisa Lin, and I have joined a challenge to not only help us get back into fitness but also to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association.

The goal is to complete 2,000 push-ups in 18 days.

I'm never the one to reach out for support but if you could please donate just $5.00 all proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
