Get your workplace involved

Boost physical and mental health in your workplace and the community while raising the profile of your brand.

Be part of Canada's largest mental health-based fitness event.

The Push-Up Challenge is a unique and fun way for organizations to encourage better mental health and wellbeing for employees through physical activity, connection and mental health education.

It's free for your entire workplace to participate in the Challenge as a Team or Community (a collection of Teams), with access to your own stats, leaderboards, shared fundraising goals and more.

In addition to participating, we have a range of sponsorship opportunities for organizations who want to lead the push for better mental health for all Canadians and gain exposure to 100,000 participants, donors and audience members in 2025.

The Challenge

We know - that's a lot of push-ups. But don't panic, any exercise goes, plus you can aim for a portion of the push-up target (like 25%, 50% or 75%) instead.

How to get your work workplace involved

Anyone can participate in The Push-Up Challenge solo, as part of a Team or as part of a Community. Most workplace organizations will have a Team at the very least, or multiple Teams which form a Community.

For up to 10 people, create a Team
When you create a Team, you can invite people to join you and track your collective stats and individual rankings.

For >10 people, create a Community
A Community is a collection of Teams. When you create a Community, you can invite people to join or create their own Team within your Community. You can also track your collective stats, as well as see Team and individual rankings.
