About My Challenge
have just completed my mental illness recovery phase as i was diagnosed with schizophrenia i am also starting my fitness journey like many of you i feel as if i am a person who can only do 5-10 right now completing something as big as this may be able to help motivate other men or woman out there to start their fitness journey i truly believe it is so beneficial to the body mind and soul in many ways and i would like to benefit mine share the mindset with others and raise awareness for mental illness recovery so thats why i am I'm going to complete 2,000 push-ups in 18 days and do my best in the hope that i can raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 11-28.
