About My Challenge

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 5-27.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.

I'm going to do 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. By taking on the #pushupchallenge in February, I'm taking #action for mental health. Thank you for your support!

All donations will help the Canadian Mental Health Association support the recovery of people living with mental health conditions and improve mental health outcomes in Canada.
