This Community is For Kennedy and her family
Thank you for being here. This challenge has grown far beyond what we imagined, and it’s incredible to see so many people stepping up to show support to Kennedy's family and raise awareness for mental health.
This year, our focus is simple:
1) Get as many people in the community pushing up for Mental Health
2) Raise funds for programs that help people facing mental illness or in crisis.
If you feel inspired to take on a bigger role, you can captain your own team within the For Kennedy community. More teams mean more reach, more visibility, and more impact.
Invite your friends, family, coworkers—anyone who might want to push, donate, or simply show support. Every person who joins strengthens this movement.

Make a Difference with The Push-Up Challenge
When you fundraise for CMHA Waterloo Wellington through The Push-Up Challenge, you’re helping people access the mental health services they need—and deserve.
“I was scared of change and afraid of being labelled. I thought a diagnosis would define me forever. But getting help was the turning point.”
Thanks to CMHA WW, lives are transformed. One participant shared how a simple text from a CMHA WW worker led to counselling, support, and a renewed sense of hope. Today, they have a strong care network and a deeper understanding of their mental health—and their family is more informed too.
Your Impact, Dollar by Dollar
Every dollar you raise helps someone take a step toward recovery:
- $100 → Supplies for a peer-led art program
- $150 → One eating disorder intake assessment
- $250 → Crisis support for three people via Here 24/7
- $500 → One early psychosis treatment plan
- $1,000 → Group therapy session for ten people
