About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups (SQUATS) in 18 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. While I have chosen to do squats as opposed to pushups I am challenging myself to do as many pushups as I can as well. Check back here for the total!
UPDATE! On day one I could manage 2-3 pushups at a time. At the halfway mark I can do 15 pushups at a time!
