Dedicating this challenge to a friend I lost in 2023.  I hope this also reminds us to check in on each other and speak openly about mental health.
You’re not alone. 

I'm completing 2,000+ push-ups/squats to raise awareness and funds for mental health. I plan to do at least 50 push ups and 50 squats every day. Please support me as I #pushforbetter in Feb 2026.
