About My Challenge

I'm planning to complete 2,000 sit-ups (instead of push-ups!) in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter in February. The number 2000 represents the 20% of Canadians who struggle with a mental health challenge every year.

My work at CMHA is based around promoting and supporting People with Lived Experience (PWLE) of a mental illness(es) and/or substance use health issue. CMHA believes we need these voices and perspectives in every aspect of our work

It will be a challenge, but as part of CMHA National's team, we'll be cheering each other on.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
