Matt and Kingsley Ashdown

About My Challenge

From February 11-28, my son Kingsley (8) and I are taking on 2,000 push-ups in 18 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Mental health matters, and this challenge is a great way for us to spend time together, stay active (or in my case, get back in shape!), and support an important cause.

A few years ago, I went through a really tough time with burnout. It was dark, lonely, and hard—but I got through it with the support of others. That experience made me realize how vital mental health resources are, and I want to do my part to help make sure no one has to go through it alone.

We’d love your support as we #PushForBetter—every donation helps CMHA provide essential resources for those facing mental health challenges.
