About Our Challenge

The CPHR Nova Scotia team is excited to participate in the Canadian Mental Health Association's (CMHA) 2000 Pushups in 18 Days challenge. Our team is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and supporting the vital work of the CMHA. By taking on this challenge, we aim to raise funds and inspire others to prioritize their mental well-being. Together, we believe in the power of community and the importance of mental health for everyone. Join us as we push ourselves to new heights for a great cause!
