About My Challenge

If you know me, you know that Mental Health strikes close to home - having had anxiety since I was in my pre-teens and being diagnosed with cyclothemic disorder at 16. I've grown so much from learning to know myself better and to accept it. My way to help others is to break the stigma around mental health, this I'll fight for with all my heart.

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups (ok... more like squats!) in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter in February.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
