Mental Health issues affect us all. Whether it's a friend, loved one, co-worker, or ourselves, we need to be mindful of mental health problems and how they shape our lives. Often times, such issues can put us into a rut, a hole we're having trouble coming out of.
 
Sometimes all we need...is a little push.
 
The PU-SHITS are at it again this year, hoping to raise of 2000$ for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
