Help us push barriers and raise awareness
Canada doesn’t have universal mental health care, even though 18% of Canadians aged 15 years old and up were diagnosed with a form of mental illness in 2022 alone, and even though a third of those people didn’t get the care they needed. For some reason, Canadians can obtain treatment and coverage fairly easily for a physical illness, but not for a mental illness.
Help us push barriers as my team and I are completing 2,000 push-ups in 18 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support us as we #pushforbetter from February 11-28.
All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
Alone, my team can only do push-ups.
