The Great Push-Up Odyssey Begins! - February 2024
Our team is suiting up for the most exhilarating, arm-aching, laughter-inducing Push-Up Challenge in the galaxy! From February 1-23, 2024, we're not just doing push-ups; we're rewriting the push-up history books. Why, you ask? To catapult awareness of mental health into the stratosphere, Canadian style!

2. Donate to make every push-up count for a cause that's as mighty as our biceps will be.
Every cent, every push-up propels us closer to our goal: rocket-fueling the Canadian Mental Health Association. We're talking serious business here - supporting mental illness recovery and pumping up positive mental health outcomes across Canada.
