About My Challenge

I’m raising funds in honour of the 2,000 people who die daily by suicide and to raise awareness and support for mental health. In February, I’m completing 2,000 (a combination of) lunges, squats, sit-ups, and push-ups in 23 days. Please support me as I #pushforbetter.
