About My Challenge

Hey friends, as some of you know, I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2016. This experience was the most challenging time in my life for me and my family. Through the years, although it is an ongoing growth process, I have healed and life is better! My intention is to spend the rest of my life helping others so that no one has to feel the way I did. For that reason, I am going to crush the push up challenge to raise money and awareness for mental. I will be completing 2000 pushups in February.  I am asking for your support and if you are able and are so inclined, even a small donation can help so many people on their road to recovery and healing. Thank you, BRAD
