This team will be pushing ourselves to be the best we can be, in memory of those we have lost to mental illness. Acknowledging the silent battles we have fought ourselves, from loss; or our own struggles.
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
Made up of people who have experienced loss, or survived their own battles and have become the most insipartional and supportive people you could meet. each with a story, wether it be private or public, this team is to support them.
