About Our Challenge
We all know how stunning and beautiful the Bow Valley is, and how important the community we get to live in; builds us into something we celebrate.
We have also witnessed, through ourselves, or someone we cherish - how this place is an effort to save ourselves- from our selves, or outrun problems that we think can’t be shared.
In February, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Canada, and especially in our community to build a space of awareness and compassion.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our Community.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
To celebrate those we’ve lost, and to celebrate the daily battles of the ones who never gave up. Please support and help me build a community of healthy mental health awareness - so everyone will know, you are never alone.
