About My Challenge
I'm hoping to complete 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Push-ups are especially difficult for me, as I had reconstructive surgery on my shoulder many years ago, but I am going to try do as many push-ups as my body allows! Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 5-27.
All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
