About My Challenge
My brother works with children through right to play and I’m a First Nations councillor and he told me about the challenge and why he’s doing it. He is doing the challenge to support his coworkers and also to raise awareness for many people in our community who have lost the battle with mental health. It affects those who struggle and it affects the people around them. I’m doing the challenge because my brother does so much to ensure our youth have positive role models and and as a councillor I should support our members when they are doing their best to create positive change.
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 5-27.
