About My Challenge
Hi everyone,
New year, new health — and I’m kicking things off with a challenge that means a lot to me.
From February 5–27, I’m committing to 2,000 push-ups (87/day) in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).
This challenge hits on a few things close to home:
💚 Supporting mental health, something that impacts all of us
💪 Getting back into shape after the holidays
🏔️ Prepping my body for ski season and spring activities
🏈 And yes… channeling a little Seahawks grit along the way
I’m using this challenge to turn a personal fitness goal into something bigger. All proceeds support CMHA’s work helping Canadians with mental illness recovery and fostering positive mental health across the country.
