Doing Hard Things for Mental Health

I’m a mom of six and a paramedic, and I see firsthand how important mental health support truly is, at work and at home. That’s why I’m taking on the challenge of 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association.

From February 5–27, I’ll be pushing my limits to help support mental health for our families, our communities, and those who serve them.

Please consider supporting me as I #PushForBetter.
