About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 squats in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
I chose squats for this challenge for a simple reason 🤍
My upper body isn’t my strongest, but my legs are stronger — thank you kickboxing. Squats felt like something I could lean into with confidence, while still pushing myself in a meaningful way. Strong legs, strong foundation… one rep at a time.
