About My Challenge
Nearly eight years ago, our family was shook to a depth we have still not recovered from, our hearts torn to peices, too many to repair, when we lost our Son Quinn to the silent battles he carried inside. He was loved deeply, but he couldn’t or couldn’t allow himself to reach for the support that might have helped him stay instead of leaving this life. His loss changed my world and the world of all those who cherish him, forever. It’s a devasting pain no parent, sibling, relative, or friend should ever have to endure.
I’m taking part in this push up challenge to raise both funds and awareness for mental health support, because my hope is simple: that not one more child feels their only way through is to leave this world, and not one more person is silenced by their own thoughts.
If even one life is reached, one conversation is opened, or one person feels less alone, then every push up, squat, etc. is worth it.
Thank you for standing with me, for supporting this cause, and for helping create a world where asking for and accepting help feels possible, and where every person has the chance to live fully and chooses to stay...
