the impossible challenge

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 5-27.

As an older obese man ( 260lbs ) i feel 2000 pushups is so far out of reach for me its laughable ( i can do one pushup ) . Today I did 10 sit ups and 10 squats. I also think its the journey and not the ending that's important. I plan on plan of eating good and weight loss while focusing on the positives and keeping a good mental attitude. I'll be doing squats and sit ups mostly while lifting weights and improving my flexibility. i will do push ups as well and if by the end of the month i could get to 5/10 pushups i'd call it a win in my books.

i did the math on what i did today and i only need to quadruple my output. haha. so join me and cheer me on as i create a better me while helping raise awareness for The Canadian Mental Health Association
