About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter.
I’m also supporting our workplace wellness initiatives and invite my colleagues in Western Canada to join forces as we compete with our Eastern Canadian counterparts (if they even put up a challenge!).
