About My Challenge
I’m taking part in Highland Valley Copper’s 4th annual Push-Up Challenge from February 5–27 to support the Canadian Mental Health Association. I’ll be completing 2,000 push-ups over 23 days (or alternative exercises) to honour the ~2,000 lives lost to suicide each day worldwide.
You’re invited to join the HVC Pushin’ Ore Limits team or support the cause in your own way. Donations are welcome but not required, and all funds raised will support our local Kamloops CMHA. Let’s come together, get moving, and #pushforbetter for mental health.
