About Our Challenge
Our HVC team is gearing up for the 4th annual Push-Up Challenge, running February 5–27, 2025, and we’re excited to once again represent Teck as HVC Pushin’ Ore Limits. Last year, our team raised nearly $5,000 for the Canadian Mental Health Association, and we’re aiming to make an even bigger impact this year.
As a team, we’ll be completing 2,000 push-ups over 23 days—or choosing accessible alternative exercises—to honour the ~2,000 lives lost to suicide each day worldwide. Each daily target in the Push for Better app highlights an important mental health fact, helping us build awareness, spark meaningful conversations, and break down stigma together.

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
