About My Challenge
Somehow, I thought it would be a good idea to join the PUSHUP Challenge and do 2,000 pushups in 23 days for the Canadian Mental Health Association. 😳💪
Jokes aside, mental health is something our family has been personally touched by, and it’s a cause very close to our hearts. Whether it's a family member, a friend, or the person huddled under a blanket that you may have walked past on the sidewalk. We haven't solved much of this yet, and we need to work together to address it. Talking about mental health matters — but so does making sure real supports exist and are available when people need them.
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days (all from the toes and all from the floor) to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 5-27.
If you’d like to support ME and our team of Sore Survivors, please consider donating.
