About My Challenge

I’m taking on 2,000 push-ups in 23 days as part of the Push-Up Challenge to support mental health.

As a healthcare provider, I see every day how mental health affects people’s bodies, energy, relationships, and ability to function, often quietly and without support. This challenge is a small but intentional way for me to show up, start conversations, and help raise funds for mental health services across Canada.

Supporting CMHA British Columbia Division

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
