About Our Challenge
Treatment Table Titans of BC is a team led by allied and complementary healthcare practitioners, but is also open to future practitioners (students) and friends of practitioners to take part in the Push-Up Challenge to support mental health.
We work in roles that are physically demanding and emotionally present, and we see firsthand how closely mental health and physical health are connected. This challenge is a simple, tangible way for us to show support, raise funds, and stay engaged in the conversation around mental health.
Between February 5–27, 2026, our team will be completing push-ups (or other rep based exercises) in whatever way is manageable for each person.
Participation is flexible, modifications are welcome, and everyone and anyone is welcome to join the team or support through a donation.
All funds raised go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental health services across Canada.
