About My Challenge

If you know me, you know the thought of doing over 80 push-ups a day is enough to make me second-guess everything I know about my decision-making abilities.  But here we are - peer pressure and my love of both camaraderie and healthy competition sealed my fate.  Will I make it?  Will I come out the other side successful (and ripped) or fall short only to hang my head and my weak little t-rex arms in shame?!  

Mental health is a thing.  It's important.  It affects all of us. I'm (*trying and hoping and planning on) completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 5-27.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association in the Yukon to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
