About My Challenge

Im have the mentality of a 70 year old German Radish farmer who now grows canola in the prairies but I am trapped in a 42 year old Asian mans body, so physically I am more like a 30 year old. I put on a lot of weight during covid, but then I lost it, then I put some of it back on again because I love poutine and hamburgers way too much. I am somewhat active. I do walk a lot but I have an office job and spend most of the day at a desk. I am aslo a retired competative eater who likes to play video games, so my physical body health is more akin to a 80 year stroke victim with high blood pressure and fatty liver. The closest thing I have done to a push up in the last year is when I get off the floor from eating too much cake. This needs to change.

I've struggled on and off with my mental health for years so this cause is personal to me. A person doesnt have to struggle alone, they dont have to feel like they are screaming into a void, while slowly sufficating under their negative thoughts. It takes years to get a psychiatrist in this province and the cost of counselling can ve exorbitant but that doesnt mean there are not other resources in the interim.

I'm going to attempt 2,000 push-ups in 23 days for my mental health, for my physical health and to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. That sounds a lot easier said than done.

Please support me or dont! Im going through with this either way but your donations will go to an amazing cause!

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
