About My Challenge

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 5-27.

Besides the important message of this mental health campaign, I’m also using this challenge to promote physical fitness awareness 💪. It’s important for people of all ages and backgrounds to engage in physical activity for their overall well-being 🌍. Physical health isn’t just about weight loss or appearance—it creates a chain reaction that positively impacts mental and emotional health as well 🧠❤️. When all of these are connected, we can live healthier, more balanced lives ⚖️. These positive changes are contagious and can influence the people around us 🤝. I want to be a catalyst—to improve myself and help uplift everyone around me 🚀. When I’m stronger in these areas, my community becomes stronger too 🌱
