About My Challenge

My mental health is something that I've been working on and improving for the last 2 years. Im happy to say its been one full year since I've been off my antidepressants completely. Its been a continuing journey and my improved mental wellbeing is showing in a lot of different parts of my life.

Something else I've struggled with is my physical health. This year I'm making it my goal to improve staying active, and being a positive role model for my children.

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups (plus squats and situps for those days my noodle arms give out) in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 5-27.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
