Calling Out All Basketball Teams Across BC

The Westshore Pistons are taking part in the Push-Up Challenge from February 5–27, completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Players, parents, and coaches are joining in to support mental health, stay active, and challenge other basketball teams with some friendly competition. It’s a chance to come together as a team, give back to a meaningful cause, and see who’s ready to step up to the challenge. 💪🏀

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.

Supporting CMHA British Columbia Division

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
