Sit up and take notice
February 15th update.....
I have taken on The Push-Up Challenge to push for better mental health. Due to an elbow injury, I decided to tackle the challenge with sit ups instead. My goal was 2300 sit ups over the 23 days of the challenge.
After 10 days I have completed 1020.
So to challenge myself further, I have decided to increase the daily goal to minimum 150/ day.
Where the Push Up Challenge daily goal exceeds 150, I will match that number.
Example, day 22 of the challenge is 200.
This will put me over 3300 sit ups for the challenge, which is my fund raising $$$ goal.
