I’m completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days — and I’m inviting the EVOLVE community to do it with me.
From February 5–27, we’re coming together to move, sweat, and stand for mental health through the 2000 Push-Up Challenge in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association.
This isn’t about perfection or fitness levels. It’s about showing up. For yourself. For each other. For anyone who’s ever felt like they had to carry things alone.
You’ll see push-up-inspired movements woven into the classes I teach — reminders that even small, consistent effort creates powerful change.
Every push-up is a message: you are not alone.
Every registration is a step toward better mental health support in our communities.

The Canadian Mental Health Association, Windsor-Essex County Branch(CMHA-WECB) is ecstatic that you are joining us in the push for better! This fun, do from anywhere challenge is a great way to set physical goals for yourself, start meaningful conversations about mental health, and help to raise funds for incredible programs serving individuals in Windsor-Essex – people like you, a colleague, a friend, or a loved one.
CMHA-WECB has been providing free community mental health services since 1971. Serving primarily adults with moderate to severe mental illness, CMHA-WECB offers over 20 programs and services. Visit our website to see how we can help you or someone you know. We also have a Health Centre onsite to meet your physical health needs and are currently accepting new patients!
