About My Challenge

Mental wellness has affected me and many people in my life that I care deeply about. It is a very serious and important topic that can often be very hard to talk about, which is why it needs all the support and awareness it can get. During my time of struggle it was thanks to friends, family and fitness, that I was able to improve my mental health and get out of a very difficult time in my life. My hope is that by participating in the push up challenge, I can help to spread awareness for mental wellness, and support to those who are suffering because of it.

A small message to those who need it:

- Remember that asking for help is never a show of weakness, it is a show of one's desire to improve. If you need help, ask for it. You are worth it. 🤍
