About My Challenge - For Adam
In June 2025, I lost my Uncle (Adam) to a battle with mental health. He was one of the most important influences in my life and a huge reason I am who I am today.
Adam was my role model and inspiration. He taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and taking pride in building and fixing things. My gearhead nature and love for motorcycles started with him. He had a quiet strength — the kind that shows up, pushes through, and carries more than most people ever see.
I’m taking on this push-up challenge to honor Adam, continue his legacy, and help raise funding and awareness for mental health. Mental health isn’t weakness — it’s a fight, and too many people are fighting it alone.
If this effort helps even one person feel supported or less alone, every push-up is worth it. Thank you for standing with me and supporting this cause.
