About My Push Up Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 5-27.
This cause is near and dear to my heart as I have struggled with mental health issues over the years, and almost gave up during my darkest times. 2,000 push ups will be a big challenge for me but if there’s anything I’ve learned from my own journey towards mental wellness (and from my trainer Katie) it’s that nothing builds confidence and resilience like doing hard things and proving to yourself that you can!
