Using my Daily Routine for Good!
I maintain an exercise regiment that consists of at least 60 minutes of physical exercise, which does contain doing push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, etc.
Workplace informed me about this, so I am more than happy to use an activity I do day by day to help fundraise for the Canadian Mental Health Association! Mental health is no joke, so anything to support assisting anyone who is suffering from it or those on the field who treat them is something I am more than willing to do!
Excited to clock in 2,000 push-ups over the course of this month!
