Let's Talk Mental Health

Mental health doesn’t get a day off, and neither should awareness.

The Push-Up Challenge isn’t just about hitting a number. It’s about doing something uncomfortable on purpose, to stand with people who live in discomfort every day.

Our province has the highest rate of hospitalization for mental illness and substance use in Canada. Even with more psychiatrists per capita than the national average, people are still falling through the cracks. Access doesn’t always mean support, and silence can be the loudest struggle of all.

Real change doesn’t only happen in hospitals or policy papers, it happens when communities show up, which is why I’m supporting CMHA – North & West Vancouver.

If you have the means, your donation helps fund programs that save lives and strengthen communities. If you don’t, your voice still matters, start a conversation and check in on someone who might be quietly struggling.

Thank you xx
