About My Challenge

I'm doing 2000 pushups in 23 days for the love of the game. I just want to get stronger because wickedness is all around us and it is our God given duty to maintain and strengthen the bodily temple in which God resides.

The Canadian Mental Health Association, Windsor-Essex County Branch(CMHA-WECB) is ecstatic that you are joining us in the push for better! This fun, do from anywhere challenge is a great way to set physical goals for yourself, start meaningful conversations about mental health, and help to raise funds for incredible programs serving individuals in Windsor-Essex – people like you, a colleague, a friend, or a loved one.

CMHA-WECB has been providing free community mental health services since 1971. Serving primarily adults with moderate to severe mental illness, CMHA-WECB offers over 20 programs and services. Visit our website to see how we can help you or someone you know. We also have a Health Centre onsite to meet your physical health needs and are currently accepting new patients!
