About Our Challenge
This February, Strike Group is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge.
From February 5–27, 2026, we’ll be challenging ourselves to complete a whole lot of push-ups in support of better mental health outcomes across Canada.
We encourage Strike Group employees to join our team and take part in the challenge, or support the cause through a donation if push-ups aren’t your thing.
All funds raised support the Canadian Mental Health Association, helping advance mental illness recovery and positive mental health initiatives across Canada.
Supporting CMHA National
Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
