About Our Challenge
This February, Strike Group is pushing for something big!
We’re taking part in The Push-Up Challenge from February 5–27, 2026, challenging ourselves to complete a whole lot of push-ups in support of better mental health across Canada.
Whether you join us for the challenge or support us through a donation, every bit helps move mental health conversations and support forward.
All funds raised support the Canadian Mental Health Association, helping Canadians access mental health resources and recovery supports.
Supporting CMHA National
Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
