About Our Challenge
S&T has taken the time to observe, research, and collect data in order to inform our hypothesis that we have what it takes to Crush this Push Up Challenge from February 5-27!! Participate in our experiment to get the best results for our health, and raise awareness and funds towards the Canada Mental Health Association.

All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
