In February, NRCan - EETS is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Canada.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.

En février, RNCan - SEETE participe au Défi push-up. Nous nous lançons le défi de faire une tonne de push-ups entre le 5 et le 27 février 2026 pour sensibiliser le public aux troubles de santé mentale au Canada.
Nous nous mettrons #enaction pour la santé mentale au pays et vous pouvez nous aider en vous joignant à nous pour relever #ledefipushup.
Tous les dons sont versés à l’Association canadienne pour la santé mentale afin de soutenir le rétablissement des personnes ayant un trouble de santé mentale et d’améliorer les résultats en matière de santé mentale d’un océan à l’autre.
