About Our Challenge
In February, our team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, committing to complete 2,000 push-ups between February 5–27, 2026 to raise awareness for mental health in Canada.
This challenge brings together young adults in Halifax, alongside friends from Rock Church Young Adults, uniting young adults from churches across the city. We believe that through Jesus, we can find hope, peace, and resilience while caring for our mind, body, and spirit, and His peace can transform our lives. we’re pushing ourselves while standing with those facing mental health challenges.

All proceeds go directly to the Canadian Mental Health Association, supporting mental illness recovery and promoting positive mental health outcomes across Canada.
