We’ve built a community of Christians coming together from coast to coast to unite in faith, strength, and purpose. Our mission is to care for mind, body, and spirit while raising mental health awareness nationwide.
By taking part in the Push for Better Challenge, our members will:

Whether you’re in Halifax, Toronto, Vancouver, or anywhere in between, any church or Christian youth group can join—or start your own team. We welcome all churches, youth groups, and Christian believers to join us—or start your own team. Together, we can make a nationwide impact for Christ and mental health.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association, helping foster recovery and positive mental health outcomes across Canada.

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
